Sports Media for Players and Teams - (Please Order Below.)

Vasara Photography & Sports Media specializes in working with athletic programs that are serious about their teams being STATE champions. We offer a custom “college level sports media” program like they have at UT, Texas Tech, A&M & Baylor, to high school varsity players to meet their needs for the ENTIRE seasons. These needs include, but not limited to, recruitment, PR, fundraising, and spirit/morale. We work with ADs, coaches and boosters to plan for the sports media needs of the team for the entire season. These media items are created on a scheduled media day and are not rolled out all at once but rather rolled out on specific dates throughout the season. (If parents and players have additional needs, they can invest in a “package for the season” AKA “Season Pass” Media Kit or you can build your own media kit using the a la carte options below.)

What is a “Media Day” vs a “Picture Day”? A “Media Day” is a closed photo session with a team and their coach to create images for projects they will need like banners, a senior poster, schedules, buttons, a game promo campaign for social media, signings, images for mega programs and two page roster programs, recruitment profile images, end of season banquet and/or newspaper head shots, for the ENTIRE SEASON. “Picture Day” is just a photographer that shoots one group pose and one individual pose for parents to buy and yearbook to use. Picture day orders are given out on a set day for parents to have. Media day projects are rolled out on specific dates throughout the season.

What is a “Game Promo Campaign for Social Media?” It is a marketing campaign comprised of game promo images that are created for posting on social media throughout the season. Colleges sports teams send out game promos for each their games. We are doing the same thing, but at the high school level for your player’s team. Poses are chosen by players. Game promos are then made to order and are scheduled for a specific game. They are proofed and will be posted by the us, the school, boosters, players and their respective family and friends.
